Account & Security

Everything about your account lives under Manage (tap your Node ID card on Home, then open account settings).

Your Node ID & profile

• See your membership tier, benefits and Valid until date.
• Edit your username.
• Choose a background design for your Node card.

Credentials

• Email — the address you sign in with.
• Próspera e-Residency — connect it to verify instantly and earn 30 HIVE (see Próspera e-Residency).
• KYC — your identity verification status (see Identity verification).

Security & your wallet key

• Solana address — your wallet's public address, with a copy button. It's safe to share this so people can pay you.
• Export private key — your private key controls your funds. You can export it, but never share it with anyone. Anyone with your private key can access your funds. Keep it somewhere safe and private.

Notifications

Turn wallet notifications on or off. If notifications are blocked, you'll need to enable them in your device or browser settings. Notifications let you know about payments, cash-outs, referral rewards and more.

Get help

• Report a bug or request a feature — from Manage → Help center, send us feedback directly.
• Talk to a human — support links are available on the membership and help screens.

Signing out

Tap Log out in Manage and confirm. You can sign back in any time with your email.
